New Digital Box Guide shows many channels blank

I have been using the new digital boxes for about a month now, and while most things seems to work ok so far, I have noticed that, when I bring up the guide, many channels that I know I’m subscribed to, appear blank (see the attachment). Is there a way to fix this, or are we looking at a bug ?

  • This happens with our Telus box regularly. The only thing that seems to work is restarting it. It's very annoying.

    That's definitely annoying. Is it lag? If you wait a bit, does the info eventually show up? Alternatively, can you back out of the guide, then click back in to see if the data refreshes?

      I have tried waiting - for up to 5 minutes - makes no difference. Also tried - 1) first changing to the channel that's showing up blank, then bringing up the guide, still shows up blank and 2) as you suggested, backing out of the guide, then clicking back in, still no data.

        We would recommend rebooting both the TV box but also the router to ensure the connection is established properly. Can you let us know if that helped?
