Renewing 3 Lines . Getting Hard Time dealing with Customer Care
I have 4 business lines with Telus, and 3 of them are up for renewal. I've been in discussions with a sales rep for weeks, with multiple emails exchanged, but now they’ve gone completely unresponsive. When I reached out to customer care today, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response. It feels like Telus only cares about acquiring new customers while completely neglecting their existing loyal ones. This experience has been beyond frustrating and disappointing.
