I have been trying to get our company's Business Connect service ported back to PRI for six weeks now. I have tried phone numbers provided to me and reached people who cannot do more than send an email to someone they think might be able to help. Most Telus people do not provide phone numbers I can speak to them at. The few people that provide me email addresses respond once or twice and the stop replying. I have been given multiple tracking numbers that do not seem to help: 22087876, 22035517. I also have a Fox number that seems to get a little more attention, but still no closer to resolving the issue: fox 3947479. Our original sales person that encouraged us to switch to Business Connect seems to have been removed from the picture because they never reply any more. We are not paying the Telus Business Connect invoices any more, but what is that going to do because they cannot fix the issue?

Guys why you dion do your job to avoid escalation? If you are not paid enough for your job ask management to raise cost for lend lines and mobile phones to make moeny for your salaries? If you are professionals you will never allow escalation. Customer service/Techincal support email?

I have the same issue. I guess TELUS is not what it used to be. Level and quality of service is going down same as Canadian economy. I even cant find any email to write TELUS to make a complaint. Ictually I diont think that they care. They have monopoly and thats why they diont care. Or people in Customer service are paid peanuts and they dont care too. William Farell founder of BC Tell will be proud to see what is TELUS today.
