In Spring Telus upgraded their pole outside our rural home. Fortis would like to use this pole to connect electrical to our upgraded electrical panel. Fortis is unable to complete this work until Telus has completed paperwork and confirmed this work was done. Fortis has reached out to Telus over these months and has received no response. Who can we talk to about moving this along. Thank you.
