TELUS Business Voice / One Voice+: SIP trunking to external platforms?
I am working with a TELUS business customer and need to confirm whether SIP trunking to an external platform can be configured directly by the customer, or if it requires TELUS provisioning.
If supported, is this self-service or carrier-enabled? Is there documentation describing the supported model?

The initial setup would require TELUS provisioning. Once service is provisioned, the end user can configure it.

Thanks for the response. I followed the link provided for SIP Trunking and confirmed that it routes to a “Request a callback from a communications expert” form, rather than a self-service provisioning interface.
Based on that, it appears that TELUS does not currently support self-provisioning of SIP trunk numbers in the way platforms like Twilio do.
