Your television cannot support HDCP (H1001)

I turned on my Sony TV today and I received the following flashing warning:

Your television cannot support HDCP video over your high definition connection (H1001)

This has happened a couple of times recently and a reboot of PVR brings it back to "normal". Obviously this solution is only temporary!

• Nothing has changed.
• The TV router connection is still the same CAT connection. 
• CAT6 (shielded), in conduit, from the TV wall plate to the router wall plate.
• CAT6 (shielded) from the wall plate to the router
• CAT7 from the wall plate to the TV
• The HDMI cable is the same
• Reboot of the PVR brings things back but I'm getting tired of this!
• PVR (VIP5662W) was replaced earlier this year!
