Can't add extra time to recordings on mini

Among the many issues related tot he mini's, the most frustrating thing lately is that I can't add extra time to recordings. So my 2 baseball games recorded yesterday ran out of time in the 8th inning. Just to be clear, baseball is a 9 inning game and it's the playoffs so there could be extra innings.

What is TELUS thinking not allowing for extra time to be added????

The UI is terrible. If I watch a recording, I can't delete it without going back to recordings and clicking on the recording again and clicking on delete. And, If I have a series recording and want to delete all of the recordings, it asks if I want to "delete the series". What? No, I don't want to delete the series. Well, guess what, deleting the series means deleting the recordings. Instead, could you have said "delete recordings"?

I could go on. Just to be extra clear, this is only a few complaints related to recording among MANY MANY issues with the "new" service. Its a complete downgrade.
