Your television cannot support HDCP (H1001)
I turned on my Sony TV today and I received the following flashing warning: Your television cannot support HDCP video over your high definition connection (H1001) This has happened a couple of time...
Unfortunately it's back!
I purchased a high-quality Ultra High Speed HDMI cable and I thought that resolved the problem. However, the problem is back! Today I reset the 4k HDMI port on my Sony Bravia TV. I'll update on the issue in the next 10 days or so UNLESS there's another HDCP failure.

Community Power UserDo you have a receiver in the mix or is the TV connected directly to the PVR?
My Yamaha receiver has a setting for HDCP that I had to change to prevent issues.
