Power Adapter for Telus TV-21T
A couple months ago, Telus sent me replacement power adapters for my three Telustv-21T Optik TV boxes. I replaced the power adapters on all three. Two of the three boxes are showing a solid white LED and their remotes are non-responsive. They won't reboot with a hard power reset.
The third box works fine. I took that unit's power adapter to the other two boxes and they both work fine with that power adapter.
Clearly, two of the three new power adapters are faulty.
Anyone know how to order replacements from Telus?

That's no good, but glad you sorted out what was causing the issue. I'll send you a PM in a bit to get your account details verified and look into getting you in touch with the support team for a replacement.
Those power adapters will continue to fail. Save time and buy one or more of these from amazon. The Telus ones that fail do not put out enough voltage or amps. You can measure with a multimeter. Link below goes to amazon.
