Apex Legends/EA Servers Peering Issue - Request for more direct peering/routing

Official Support TeamLooks like you've done some extensive testing. For the game the path traffic takes can vary based on network conditions, peering arrangements, and the specific game server you’re connecting to. To be completely transparent right off the bat, TELUS cannot manually adjust, customize, or optimize routing and peering paths for individual customer accounts.
You could try a few other things though:
Reboot the modem/router before testing
Compare results at different times of day
Make sure nothing else is using bandwidth during the test
