My Telus Connect App

Need to have this working for when the tech comes tomorrow morning but I keep getting the error "oops...unable to login to this app with your My Account settings. Please try another account"

I have...

-changed my password 

-checked for app updates

-tried calling Telus but the office is closed. Tech comes at 9:00am in the morning 🤷

I am also having difficulty with my Telus Connect App. This morning (June. 1. 2026) I called into customer support (a horrible service) and after 48 minutes on the phone and speaking with 3 different people, I was told that the Telus is having difficulty with the Telus Connect App and the App will be down for a few months with no access available.  When I read your message, I was unexpectedly shocked, because of my experience with their customer service. Truly unbelievable

      Not sure why you were told that, as the Connect app is definitely not going to be 'down for a few months with no access available'. There are currently some intermittent backend syncing issues we've seen for certain users (specifically regarding hardware syncing, device pausing, and profile management) but nothing across the board. What specific issue are you having with the app? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling it?

    Hey elishah! Hope your appointment this weekend went smoothly and everything is up and running. Are you still getting that login error on the Connect app today?

      The appointment went fine. However...this Telus Connect App that I was supposed to have downloaded and ready to go for when the tech came wasn't even mandatory, as it was made out to be through the text reminders about my upcoming appointment. I had called support the night before. Impossible to get through to a real person. When I finally went through all the steps to be connected to an agent, the automated thing goes "sorry, our office is closed" *click* 🤦

      Anyways ....40 mins waiting for a representative first thing in the morning only to be told that I didn't need the app for the tech visit. I would be able to connect to it after my Internet was up and running. I had to confirm a few times "are you sure?" 😂 He said yes, he was a tech for a year and never had to have a customer connect to an app prior to the visit. You guys might want to check those text reminders that go out for the appointments. What a waste of time and energy
