Power adapter issue on Telus TV Box
I have a couple of Telus TV Android boxes. One of them stopped working, just won't turn on. After googling I found the issue was likely the power cable. I tested it by swapping it for the power adapter on our other box and it works.
Saw a reddit post that said you can arrange to have a new power adapter mailed out. Looking for help, please let me know.

My power adapter just failed on my wireless 4k optik digital box. Can anyone recommend a replacement unit on Amazon that would be compatible?

In the past week my digital box Telus TV 21T has been problematic after 10 months of use. They are sending me a whole new box. Any alternative adapters one could stock up on?

That should definately not happen for sure mtwohig you should send the telus tv box back through one of the postal outlets and then ask for a new one.
Nothing wrong with the box, it is the power supply. If you put a multimeter on it it will read 11.5~ and not 12V and does not produce enough amps.
Yes have Telus send you another power cord and/or order one from amazon for $15. The amazon one has not failed since January when I reported this.
Let us know which one arrives first.
Can you share the amazon one you found to work?
I have 3 of the boxes and the first one now has this issue. I suspect the other 2 will also develop this issue over time.
