Incorrect Billing After Bundle Agreement
So a lead salesman at telus, convinced me my mobility could be bundled with home internet, was already paying to much for 3 mobile phones and big data plans at $275 a month, he said I'd get 250 fiber included for the same price i was currently paying, im like no I don't want to add an extra $80 a month on top of my already big cellphone bill, he said oh ! No your wrong, I can bundled it and you will not pay more than your already paying in fact with discounts you will pay slightly less, 100% lies when I received my first bill which wasn't bundled for one monthly payment, no the second charge is another $157 on top of the $275 ,bringing the 2 separate payments to a total of $432, absolutely insane, this is fraud and legal action should be taken, maybe a class action lawsuit with everyone on here will put Telus in there place and fire that salesman first thing, I've been reading the posts from others and it seems everyone is experiencing similar but not as expensive as mine. Filing a complaint with the CCTS is probably going to add up to nothing but a class action lawsuit with a top corporate lawyer with shake things up, let me know what everyone thinks.

Due to quick action from telus support they resolved my issues fixed my plans to a total being affordable for us , 3 cellphones 60gigs each and 250 fiber included at $271, thanks Telus support please don't let this happen again.
