Incorrect Billing After Bundle Agreement
So a lead salesman at telus, convinced me my mobility could be bundled with home internet, was already paying to much for 3 mobile phones and big data plans at $275 a month, he said I'd get 250 fiber...
Due to quick action from telus support they resolved my issues fixed my plans to a total being affordable for us , 3 cellphones 60gigs each and 250 fiber included at $271, thanks Telus support please don't let this happen again.
