how do i get telus to send me my bill i have agread to ebilling but telus wont send me a bill i need telus to send me a pdf of my bill to my email why cant they do this

As you have signed up for ebilling all your bills for approximately the last 2 years are available to download as PDFs. You will need to login to your account either via the My Telus app or the web portal.
