I already have the boost wifi inside my home that does not help with the call issue. I was thinking more of something like this to boost the cell signal

I see, I'm not too sure on if the weboost home device wou.ld help with the cell signal. Have you had the chance to replace your sim card?

My new phone did not come with a sim as it works off of an eSIM. Can you clarify why a physical SIM card could help with reception on calls?

This is usually a troubleshooting step. The eSIM is a relatively new thing so if it is what you're using it won't be of any help.
