Phone and plan
I ordered a new phone and plan online not realizing I would get a new number..my fault. When I realized I had a new number I contacted Telus to get my old number back. After 2 hours and speaking with about 5 agents, I was advised my new plan would be canceled and it would revert back to my old plan and number. Today my new plan was canceled but my old one wasn't reinstated. I tried to chat with a live agent but can't get through.
