I'm having similar issues, not getting anywhere with support on here or phone, debating contacting CRTC this is insane.

The one thing I have done is called the call centre and asked them to leave notes to tell them to email me or leave a message. It’s the only successful communication I have going on with telus. No resolution yet but it’s nice to be in contact with someone at least it feels like you are being looked at. I will update once I hear more. Let me know if you do contact CRTC and if it helps.
