  • It sounds like you might be tripping some sort of spam prevention.  Is this on a personal line or business line?  Business lines should be less restrictive on SMS volume.

Business. I am throttling to 1 SMS every 1.2 seconds and still get cut off every once in while. When an alarm occurs we may send 10-15 SMS depending on what the customer as requested

It might be worth reaching out to support to see if they can find anything on the backend causing this.

It is our app, it is used to transmit alarms to customers. The alarms are when elderly people request help. We then Send SMS to a list of people. Unfortunately, every day, SMS stop being delivered, probably because of some volume rules that we cannot find anywhere. We do not send a lot of  SMS in a day, but when an alarm happens, it might send many within a short period.

Hello ubiconcept  , by "our app" , what do you mean exactly? Are you able to use regular SMS using your phone's text application? Are you using Apple or Android?

An app we have developed, It runs on Android. Regular SMS AND the app are working fine then, like i said for some unknown reasons both Regular SMS (using messenger app of Android) and our App just stop working. It comes back on at next change of hours (ex. if it stops at 07:15 it will come back on at exactly 08:00)

Hi ubiconcept - it is very hard to give a straight answer with very little context. What app are you referring to? Is this your business' app or what's the full story?
