No Telus coverage
We recently moved outside of Golden, BC. There is no Telus coverage here. We have contacted Telus numerous times about having no service. We can't call out most of the time and we can't receive calls. Most calls go to voice mail. Telus advised us to use wifi calling. We cannot use wifi calling because our phones are detecting EXT. Only one bar on EXT. It never switches to wifi calling. We are trying to operate our business and missing calls from customers. Telus has basically told us to use wifi calling and we'll have to deal with it. We want Telus to waive all fees and contracts so we can go to Roger's which is in the area. This is beyond frustrating!

You mentioned you moved outside of Golden? Golden itself should have coverage and allow you to place/receive calls, can you provide us with the city/town you moved to? Also, which phone are you using? In some cases and in some remote areas, disabling 5G can help force the device to connect with a frequency that might be stronger.
