Bill Dispute Form Not Working

When calling in for business mobility support to dispute $1200 in erroneous charges I am only able to receive a texted form, and AI bot told me I could not speak to human. Well the form doesn’t work! The error states, “We’re having trouble creating a support request at the moment. Please try again later.” And yes, I did try later and received same response. Is there a direct phone number for a human?

    That definitely shouldn't be happening with the support request and sorry to hear that Kdd. Are you trying to submit the request from a mobile phone browser? If so, can you test submitting one from a computer or laptop just in case it's a compatibility issue?

      Nope. Didn’t work. Notice how all the customer “service” responses are telling customers we did something wrong 🤨

      They texted the link…so it should work on mobile. This also happened one year ago when I used the same form. I just tried emailing myself the link to the complaint form but it only takes me to a summary of my bill on my laptop! Should getting help be this hard?
