No Telus coverage
We recently moved outside of Golden, BC. There is no Telus coverage here. We have contacted Telus numerous times about having no service. We can't call out most of the time and we can't receive calls...

Official Support TeamYou mentioned you moved outside of Golden? Golden itself should have coverage and allow you to place/receive calls, can you provide us with the city/town you moved to? Also, which phone are you using? In some cases and in some remote areas, disabling 5G can help force the device to connect with a frequency that might be stronger.
