cant see prepaid balance
Got a prepaid flip phone for mother in law, set it up to take automatic $10 monthly from credit card. It took the $10 but online it says the balance is zero, also when dial #123. However the phone can make calls.
Why cant I see the balance?

Hello specialbat, can you see the balance today ? Was it use to add a monthly option on her account ?
