Cancelling my Telus Mobility plan while living abroad
I'm not living in Canada anymore and I can't cancel it via phone, is there any other way I can cancel it?

For security and anti fraud reasons, cancellations of TELUS Mobility plans can only be processed over the phone. This ensures that we can verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized changes.
