Telus Loyalty

It amazes me when you contact loyalty department you get someone who doesn't care you are a long time customer. They make you wait long times and at the end they refuse o give you any reasonable deal but will give them to new customers. Then they give you offers that are insulting and try to upsell you

  • After 25 years with Telus mobility went to a different provider because of Telus refusal to give loyal customers any kind of loyalty deals
