Payment plan arrangement info location?
Hello there I was just wondering how to see if I have any outstanding payment arrangements on my mobility services account? And if so I’d like to know the dates and amounts I’m required to pay. Thank you for your time.

If you have an active payment arrangement, you can check in My TELUS. In the app, you can tap the 'Billing' tab, and if an arrangement is active on your account, you'll typically see a status banner or notification under your total balance that details the arrangement. This of course is also available if you log in to My TELUS on a browser as well.
