Hi, I signed a contract with SmartHome security (indoor camera) on May 1, and I have 30 days promotion which means I am free to use it. I called the TELUS representative to cancel my service on May 18. The next day I followed their instruction and returned the device which will be delivered on June 7. When is the valid cancellation date of my service, the day that I called the representative or the date that they receive the returning device? Certainly, it is in the next bill cycle when they receive the device. Will I be charged for the next bill cycle?
