It's not an insecure link, traffic to http sites is just not encrypted. It doesn't mean it's dangerous to visit a page without any user input fields. Sure, don't input banking info or passwords into a non https page, but a link to some internet tips to read and try at home is fairly innocuous.

When I access that link you provided it's redirected to a https URL. This is fairly common practice and makes it easy to support http URLs and redirect them to the preferred https without any user intervention.
As mentioned it's really only an issue if you are entereing information on the page.
