I am having an extremely difficult time with this Telus security contract. I have been in the agreement for 3 of the 5 years and have now been made aware I have to leave the country. I called and spoke to a representative who basically told me it would be over 800 dollars to terminate the service.. when I asked to escalate he stuck me on hold for 30 minutes. This is absolutely absurd where I am literally being handcuffed to this service I can no longer use- no one wants to take it over and I am unable to take it with me out of country so what options do I have here..
