Just Moved In

My side camera has not been connected to my app for several months. I called customers center, where I was told that I need to press a bottom on the camera in order to reconnect. My camera is mounted 10 foot from the ground at least. I am 5' tall. I tried to explain that I cannot reach there, so I asked for a technician to come and fix it. I was told I will be charged for that. Why am I suppose to be charge for something that doesn't work? I called one more time that day, spoke to another person, she said she will resolve my issues, and will call me back next day after 5PM. Nobody called, problem is ongoing, and I have been paying for a service that I don't have. I would really like to talk to someone who is capable and willing to resolve those issues.
