At end of three years contract, why TELUS continues charge me

I had three years contract with TELUS security , the contract end of March 6 this year, I called TELUS and said clearly I don’t want new contract, and I did payment at feb.22 for final payment . The staff agreed . Today I got TELUS another bill ask me pay much higher bill for March and told me after years contract I paid monthly with higher rate, it is ridiculous

You need to call and CANCEL your service. Not wanting a new contract is not the same as cancelling. This applies to other telecommunications services as well.

TELUS security contract and service is totally poor, my three years was end March 6 and called TELUS to confirm no more new contract on March 7, TELUS continues sent me bill to charge 96$ for two month with STOPPED device service , it is ridiculous
