Hello:

I reached out to customer support on twitter regarding an issue with my Rear doorbell stuck on a solid blue light (shuts off every 39.46 seconds and maintains solid blue light) and seems to power cycle itself to no avail. Simple fixes have been to remove the device for hopeful reset, and nothing happens. Wondering if anyone else here has run into this problem.
