Telus TV digital box remote with 4k wireless box

Hi, we were having issues with our old wireless box, they sent us a new telus TV digital box, however, it was not compatible with out existing wired box for recordings. They sent us a new wireless box but no remote. Is the Telus tv digital remote compatible with my new wireless box as I can't figure out how to pair?

If you have the standard Optik TV boxes, the new one won't be compatible with them or use the same remote. Did you have one of these two boxes before?

Was it replaced with this one?

If yes, you may want to talk with Telus directly and see if they can get you one of the older boxes sent out.
