Roku loses network connection all the time

Anyone else have the issue of their Roku Express losing network connection to their Booster/modem all the time? It will disconnect for days/weeks and then if I unplug and replug the Roku and the Telus booster enough times it will sometimes connect?
I spent 3 hrs on the phone with customer support and they still couldn’t figure it out… here I am still with NO tv.

Have you tried contacting Roku directly for support? As it's a third party device, our team would be limited in their scope of assistance.

Actually it WAS an issue with the Telus router and not the third party streaming device (Roku). Imagine how frustrated I am that I’ve been fighting with this problem for a year and all Telus would say was that it wasn’t their issue.
If Telus wants to continue selling us a products, they should be offering customers the technical  service they need in order to use their internet.

Is your Roku software up to date? Are you connecting to a 2.4ghz network or 5ghz network?

I’m on 5 GHz, but my system is set to use both. My problem was with the router. It wasn’t set in the proper frequency (it’s been changed multiple times by multiple techs) AND when I have a power outage the router changes back to default settings… no one ever mentioned this or looked into it.
