Just switched from Shaw to Telus Optik a couple weeks ago. Was provided the android wireless boxes and have to say that the picture quality is terrible. Especially for sports. Same issues as others have posted. Also have had some missed recordings are errors with the cloud system. Does Telus still offer the legacy boxes? If not, I’m opting out of my contract asap.
I'll definitely pass this feedback along to our Optik TV team. Please know that picture quality is one of the utmost important things on our Optik team's list of improvements and they're working to have these improvements done as soon as possible!
