I'll definitely pass this feedback along to our Optik TV team. Please know that picture quality is one of the utmost important things on our Optik team's list of improvements and they're working to have these improvements done as soon as possible!

I switched to the wireless boxes the picture quality was poor and now is even worse. I'm supposed to have fibre. If they can't fix the issue I will cancel to shaw.
