Online it states that free preview is Oct 11-17th but it is not available on my guide - curious as to when this does become available?

I honestly don’t even think the 4k channels in the new platform are getting the bandwidth they deserve.

That was like me in the fall - I never received the free preview of NHL Centre IceBut yeah pic quality is very sub par

Again - just fix the picture quality please. That’s probably the most disheartening disappointment of the new system.

Yea I use the Apple TV and it’s 1080 - I hope Telus actually looks into this and figures it out
