I have two digital tv boxes. Each box provides different channel selections. One is missing all the local channels. I’ve tried calling Telus. They said they’d get back to me in 24-48hrs. It’s far past that time and I have no solution. Has anyone experienced this and have a solution?

Hey @4mysanity - are either of then set to only see "subscribed" or "favourite channels"?
