My Telus Manage Optik TV Blank

Just Moved In
I am a new subscriber and go into My Telus app (or on the web) and I try to go to manage my Optik TV however it just comes up with a blank screen. All the footer and header parts of the webpage are there, but there is no content about actually managing my Optik TV details. Is there something going on?

I just tried it an it took a fair bit of time but did eventually load. Possibly try refreshing the page in your browser or log out and back in.

Just a long time customer hoping to help.
