I have the "Basics + Pik5" package. As far as I can see, I do not have 5 channels selected. How do I view my 5 selected channels? When I try adding channels, it increases my cost.

You should be able to view everything by logging in to your MyTELUS account.

Have you tried on a desktop browser or uninstalling/reinstalling the app?

That's definitely odd. All Pik TV customers should be able change their channel selection via the app. Send us a private message if you'd like and we can discuss further!

It appears that as part of phasing out PiK TV it is no longer possible to change channel selection. I have had the same problem and gave up.
