My Telus login failure
When I try to login into the My Telus app on my android phone it gives the error: LGN-301. I have cleared the cache, deleted the data and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have also rebooted the phone. I called Telus support and the tech basically gave up. Note that these changes are not TELUS's doing. They are carrying Bell channels and Bell (Bell Media) is shaking up their channel lineup. The same changes will happen on any Canadian carrier. Not a complaint. I have now twice visited the local TELUS store (Brentwood Mall, Burnaby) for changes to mobility plans. Both times I had prompt, courteous and informed service. The rep obviously knew his stuff and provided good suggestions and helpful information,869Views0likes1Comment
