My Telus login failure
When I try to login into the My Telus app on my android phone it gives the error: LGN-301. I have cleared the cache, deleted the data and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have also rebooted the phone. I called Telus support and the tech basically gave up. Anyone have a similar problem. I am currently locked out of my Telus account.

I have had the same issue for months. Tech support and Telus store says the account is fine but i can not login. Tried from a PC and it says to access the APP for a one time pass code but guess what the APP does not work. Very frustrating......

Are you connected to the internet through a VPN? Telus doesn't seem to allow logging in through a VPN.

I have the same problem. I can log in with a browser but not the my telus app. It is a brand new install. There does not seem to be any way to get support. It is very frustrating.

I am having the same problem... its not too surprising though it is telus we are talking about. Its been going on for weeks at a time for me.

Sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with the app Kent. Are you able to login to your account through the website using a computer or laptop?

I can log into Telus Connect and Telus TV. But using the web it wants to use the My Telus app as two factor authentication and that is not possible since I cannot login to the My Telus app.

OMG! I had an issue a while back where I could log in but not access my Optik TV from the manage your Optik button. It took an understanding customer service rep and tech support the better part of 2 hours with me doing some steps and they doing others. Fixed.
But they admitted with all the various steps, they do not know what fixed it as the multiple reboots may have triggered a previous step.

I will leave one more suggestion. Try to login with someone else's phone and computer but not on your WIFI. Do the user and reset password. Once/if you get it working it may point to your devices having some security blocking you, such as VPN.

Try just your user name and then do a password reset?

Did that. No luck.

I logon with laptop and it goes to a page that says logon failed try again. I press the OK button and it logs me in. If you have any button, click it.
This problem was reported months ago. Crickets.

Nope. Does not work for me. Pressing the OK button just takes me back to the login page.
