I downloaded the app on my iPhone 12, inputted my Telus login info and authentication failed. Am I missing something
As well, I have searched but... can I not access content on my laptop? like with Shaw's bluecurve?
This all seems really clunky....

Not sure what the issue is with authentication. You should be using the same credentials you use to access your Telus account online.
You can stream many shows from the App. You will not be able to view recordings via the app.

Yes, you can stream most programs on your laptop at watchoptik.telus.com.

What web browser are you using? Possibly try a different one.

Using Safari seemed to be the problem. Accessed the site and logged in with no problem via Chrome

I suggest contacting Telus, if you can login to your account to see your billing information, etc., but not access Optik by either the App or Browser.
