I downloaded the app on my iPhone 12, inputted my Telus login info and authentication failed. Am I missing something
As well, I have searched but... can I not access content on my laptop? like with Shaw's bluecurve?

I suggest contacting Telus, if you can login to your account to see your billing information, etc., but not access Optik by either the App or Browser.
