Using my 4K box, I get errors when accessing specific episodes of the same VOD series on FXNOW. When clicking on an episode, I receive the error code 0x80004005, which says it needs a license. Of interest, I can access the content from my PC through TelusTvPlus. Can somebody fix this playback issue?

I'm probably as thick as a plank. How do I send a PM to Telus? I'm concerned this is going to be a black hole. Do I have to explain the problem again? A week ago, the technical rep I spoke with suggested I make the online post.
