VOD Errors when accessing FXNOW

Using my 4K box, I get errors when accessing specific episodes of the same VOD series on FXNOW.  When clicking on an episode, I receive the error code 0x80004005, which says it needs a license.  Of interest, I can access the content from my PC through TelusTvPlus.  Can somebody fix this playback issue?

Hey @MajorPain - we recommend rebooting both the box and your router and trying again

Since you're able to access the content through TelusTVPlus on your PC, we’ll need to investigate further on our end.

Can I get a little help?

I'm probably as thick as a plank. How do I send a PM to Telus? I'm concerned this is going to be a black hole.  Do I have to explain the problem again?  A week ago, the technical rep I spoke with suggested I make the online post.
