Webmail access on Android.
I have been trying to setup my email on to my android phone. The problem I am having is no matter what email app I have tried it will not connect. Even after speaking with support and being walked through it, it will not connect. I have read some place that if your a pure fiber subscriber you cannot use an app to connect.
Can anybody give me any insight or help on this issue?

Email is email. As long as you can access the email account in webmail, you should be able to access it on your phone.
I assume you've followed the exact setup procedure for Android? (https://www.telus.com/en/bc/support/article/set-up-email-android-phone-tablet)
What error message are you seeing on your phone when you try to connect?
Which version of Android is your phone running?
Which email app are you using?
