I recently signed up for Telus 4 days ago on an EPP account and I was informed that my number would be ported over to my new device in a couple of hours. It has been 4 days and my old SIM card is still completely active, and my new SIM card can use data, make outgoing calls, but will not receive calls, and I cannot send or receive any text messages. I have tried called Telus support and they told me they could not help me, transferred me to the EPP line. Nobody answered that line for hours. I tried again, and still no response.
Does anyone have a clue what is going on?
My previous provider was fantastic with customer service, and I'm starting to have some regrets about my switch over. Not a good first impression.
