I got a door to door promotion deal in last October - a rep name Ame***a, switched three phone lines to Telus and got a home security package as well which I bet was a good commission for her too. BUT when I got my first bill it was twice more than what I was promised.
I contacted her and she told me everything is going to be fixed so don't worry wait for 15-30 days to get the bills corrected. I got my second bill, the first bill was never corrected and the second bill was still higher than what I was promised. She kept saying the same thing over and over and stating facts that I already know "oh it's higher because it's after-tax, because it's a combined amount it may look higher but it's not, because it's pro-rated charges.. blahblah". which still didn't make sense considering all the excuses that she told me. When I ask her specific questions, she never replies on that, and give me same answers over and over.
After a month and a half waiting, she said she will finally talk to her boss, so I waited another week, but no updates. I followed up then only she replied, and said THE FREAKING SAME ANSWER AGAIN. And this time she said "oh the first month the promotion doesn't apply" which I was never told about when I signed the contract.
Where should I contact to get this problem solved and where can I officially file a complaint? I really want to switch back to my previous provider. I am super disappointed in how Telus deals with these issues, so unprofessional and frustrating.
