I remember creating a security question / answer when I created my Telus account a while ago, but now I can't seem to find any way to update it. Did they remove security questions all together or is there some other way I can edit it that I'm missing?

Hi @Charm
For security reasons, the security question cannot be changed in your TELUS account. If you wish to use a different security question, you will need to contact our customer care, so they can reset your TELUS portal and upon re-creating your profile, you will be prompted to set up the security question.
