I have called customer before and after flying abroad to suspend my account since I can't use my phone in Europe and yet I'm seeing $80 being taken from my account each month instead of $30. What is going on?? I have called customer service so many times. There's no pre-authorized payment showing up but my Telus account shows money accumulating. I hope I get all my money back when I'm in Canada again. This is ridiculous!

Hi @heymehans94 It's hard to see what the $80 charge is. However, you can look on your account to be able to see what the charge is for. It can also be your last billing amount before putting your service on hold.
