Currently abroad but my bank account shows payments being made
I have called customer before and after flying abroad to suspend my account since I can't use my phone in Europe and yet I'm seeing $80 being taken from my account each month instead of $30. What is going on?? I have called customer service so many times. There's no pre-authorized payment showing up but my Telus account shows money accumulating.
